Ms. Schwartz, Assistant Principal

I am honored to continue serving the Bennett Elementary community as Assistant Principal. This marks my 22nd year in education and my 4th year in this role at Bennett. Throughout my career, I’ve remained deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for all students.

My journey in education began in Prince William County Public Schools as a 7th grade Life Science teacher at Benton Middle School. After nine wonderful years at Benton, I had the privilege of helping open The Nokesville School, where I served in multiple roles including teacher, Administrative Intern, and Assistant Principal.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology with a teaching endorsement from Virginia State University, a master’s degree in biological sciences with a concentration in microbiology and education from Virginia Tech, and a master’s degree in administration and supervision from George Mason University. I’m passionate about lifelong learning for both our students and myself and I strive to model that every day.

I look forward to partnering with you and getting to know your children. I believe every child deserves a champion someone who encourages them to dream big, embrace their unique gifts, and reach their full potential. Together, we can make this school year one of growth, achievement, and joy.
