Our School At-a-Glance

  • 1908

The original Bennett Elementary School was built in 1908, and known as Manassas Agricultural School, was built on land donated by Dr. Maitland C. Bennett. The school was used until 1969 when a new Bennett was built on Stonewall Road. In the fall of 1996, the third and current building was opened and today continues to serve our community.

  • 725+

Bennett Elementary School serves more than 725 students whose diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives strengthen the school community. We empower every student to thrive in a safe, joyful, inclusive school growing their strengths, owning their learning, and becoming compassionate leaders.

  • 7 Dens

We are Seven Bear Dens, One Bennett Family! Our house system is made up of our seven dens, each named for a special bear, and provides a foundation for our students to make connections across all grade levels.
