Kindness Club

The Kindness Club
Welcome Kindness Crusaders!

Being kind has never been more fun! Bennett is a place where everyone is welcome-where everyone should feel welcome. Kindness club is about student voice and student choice! We want students to know they are leaders and can make a difference in not just their school, but everywhere they go. A little bit of kindness can go a long way.

The purpose of this club is to build empathy and compassion in our school community by providing opportunities for students to display acts of Kindness, Empathy, inclusion, and compassion towards others! This club will embrace and empower all students, even those students who might not always feel comfortable, welcomed, or accepted.

This club will focus on kindness, inclusion, and empathy. To do that, we will use books that will revolve around characters and situations that encourage and educate students on how they can be kind, empathetic, and inclusive of others. We will use the books to encourage conversation and spark ideas in students on how they can be a Kindness Crusader here at Bennett!

Kindness club is open for grades 2nd-5th.
We meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 8:15am.

OUR MEETING DATES ARE: April 6th, April 20th, May 4th, May18th, June 1st
